The team plays a vital role in setting up and operatingbasic fabrication processes and fabricating assemblies for the Agilent product line. You'llalso monitorquality and collect data for each production operation.\nResponsibilities:\nPerform assembly and inspection processes.\n\nCollect and report data in compliance with Quality and ISO standards.\n\nMaintain shop supplies and floor stock.\n\nMaintain/replenish tools and equipment used in production processes.\n\nFrequently lift and move units up to 40 lbsin weight to 5-foot highlevels.\n\nPerform product tests, perform material transactions, learnand support new product introductions.\n\nSupport activities within the work cell and assembly area with positive and effective results.\n\nUnderstand and implement Lean Manufacturing.\n\nInspect build quality and test data prior to finished goods leaving the work area.\n\nQualifications\nRequired:\nHigh School graduate or equivalent. High school-level math skills are a plus. \nPrevious experience in electromechanical assembly/test/inspection. \nAbility to read written instructions and follow requirements. \nAbility to work effectively in a team environment. \nDependability and availability for a variety of tasks and activities. \nPreferred:\nAssociates (AA) degree in relevant field or equivalent combination of education - experience. \nProven computer applications knowledge in Windows, XL, and Word. \nAbility to read and comprehend mechanical/assembly drawings. \nDemonstrated applicable technical - troubleshooting capability. \nLean Manufacturing implementation experience. \nAdditional Details\nThis job has a full time weekly schedule. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
