You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and external partners to coordinate programs, solve challenges, and implement solutions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nServe as the primary operational liaison between Agilent and key customers\n\nCoordinate scheduled and reactive/unplanned services to meet customer needs\n\nEnsure timely resolution of customer inquiries by engaging the right internal and external teams\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional partners to identify challenges, develop solutions, and implement best practices\n\nSupport program and project delivery with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction\n\nIntegrate onsite with customer teams, providing hands-on support and building strong relationships\n\nExecute customized duties as defined in customer program agreements\n\nDrive continuous improvement and add value through proactive problem-solving\n\nQualifications\nDegree in scientific or technical field preferred, but experience is valued equally\n\n1-2 years in a similar role supporting programs/projects in technical or customer-focused environments\n\nStrong customer service mindset with the ability to deliver exceptional experiences\n\nExcellent organizational skills to manage complex schedules and multiple priorities\n\nComfortable handling technical service requests, purchase orders, and invoices\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and with customers\n\nSolution-oriented, adaptable, and focused on driving results\n\nExperience in laboratory or technical settings and SAP is a plus\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office\n\nAdditional Details\nThis job has a full time weekly schedule.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
