Job Description As a Process Mechanical Engineer, you will lead and execute advanced engineering initiatives to optimize manufacturing performance, drive cost efficiency, and ensure product quality. This role demands deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership to support high-impact projects across production lines. Key Responsibilities: Drive yield improvement, customer quality enhancement, and line efficiency through data-driven analysis and Six Sigma/Lean methodologies. Participate and complete Value Engineering (VE) programs, focusing on cost reduction, design-for-manufacturability, and product/process optimization. Provide technical leadership in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex manufacturing equipment and systems. Conduct structured experiments and validation tests, with clear documentation and presentation of outcomes to stakeholders. Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure seamless NPI (New Product Introduction) and scalability of manufacturing processes.
