This role serves as the primary PL representative for global RoHS activities and works closely with global and site teams to ensure products remain compliant with evolving regulatory requirements.\nWhat You'll Do\nDrive Product Compliance Programs\nServe as the PL representative for global RoHS and product compliance initiatives.\nMonitor regulatory changes and assess impacts on existing and future products.\nManage RoHS exemption status and develop compliance action plans.\nCoordinate with R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality teams to drive implementation.\nExecute RoHS Data collection in data management system and participate in different projects to support RoHS data collection.\nLead Continuous Improvement Activities\nAnalyze some of the quality data and identify quality improvement opportunities.\nSupport IQC process optimization and quality system enhancement.\nDrive data-based continuous improvement initiatives.Coordinate Engineering Programs\nCoordinate business-critical engineering initiatives such as component end of life, assurance of supply, etc.\nTrack project timelines, risks and deliverables.\nFacilitate cross-functional communication and stakeholder alignment.\nPrepare project updates and management presentations.\nQualifications\nQualifications\nBachelor degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electronics, Materials Science, Chemistry or related disciplines.\n3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering, Quality Engineering, Compliance or related technical functions.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and project coordination skills.｜\nGood communication skills in both Chinese and English.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with RoHS, REACH, PFAS or other environmental compliance requirements.\nExperience in engineering project management and cross-functional collaboration.\nAdditional Details\nThis job has a full time weekly schedule.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
