This role works closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Procurement team to balance demand and supply while supporting operational efficiency and business objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nProduction Planning & Scheduling\nDevelop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer demand, forecast, inventory levels, and production capacity.\nAligned with supply planner on the build plan and translate into executable manufacturing plans.\nMonitor production progress and adjust schedules to address capacity constraints, material shortages, equipment downtime, or changing customer priorities.\nEnsure effective line loading and balanced utilization across manufacturing work centers.\nMaterials Management\nCoordinate with Procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.\nReview material shortages and develop recovery plans to minimize production disruptions.\nMaintain optimal Raw material inventory levels while reducing excess and obsolete inventory.\nSupport inventory control and cycle count activities.\nCapacity Planning\nAnalyze manufacturing capacity, labor availability, and equipment utilization.\nIdentify bottlenecks and recommend actions to improve throughput.\nCollaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and production to optimize production flow and resource allocation.\nSupport long-term capacity planning and demand growth requirements.\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in:Industrial Engineering\nManufacturing Engineering\nSupply Chain Management\nBusiness Administration\nOperations Management\nRelated discipline\n\nExperience\n3-5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.\nExperience in a high-volume manufacturing environment preferred.\nExperience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, MES or equivalent.\nRequired Skills & Competencies\nTechnical Skills\nProduction planning and scheduling\nCapacity planning\nInventory management\nMRP/ERP systems\nData analysis and reporting\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills\nAnalytical Skills\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making ability\nAbility to analyze complex production and supply chain data\nRisk identification and mitigation planning\n\nInterpersonal Skills\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to work effectively across cross-functional teams\nStrong organizational and prioritization skills\nAble to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment\nAdditional Details\nThis job has a full time weekly schedule.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
