We are looking for a Production Support Manager to lead our Production Support team within Fill & Pack Manufacturing in Glostrup.\nAbout the Department\nThe Production Support team plays a critical role in ensuring stable and efficient operations within our Fill & Pack production area. The team consists of seven highly skilled Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who provide technical and operational support across manufacturing processes, equipment, documentation, investigations, deviations, continuous improvement initiatives, and production optimization. The team is a part of Finished Production with approximately 60 employees from various professional backgrounds, including operators, technicians, leaders and support staff.
