This will include scheduling Preventive Maintenance and repair services, ensuring that service requests are acted on in a timely manner, and responding to customer requests and inquiries. You may also be responsible for recommending vendors, administering procurement functions, and reporting costs.\nPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities:\nSchedule on-site repair for contract, warranty, and trade requests.\nSchedule all Preventive Maintenance and Compliance Services.\nMaintain and use accurate coding standards to ensure data accuracy.\nHas ownership of Support delivery for the assigned customer.\nCommunicate with the customer to clearly identify and set expectations, address any expectation issues, and keep customers updated on the status of their calls.\nHandles customer feedback and communication.\nCommunicates with and leads schedules with 3rd party service providers.\nDevelopment of customer relationships, often requiring tact, persuasion and negotiation skills.\nDirectly contact External and Internal Customers of all levels.\nInitiates partner concern to Support Management of Customer issues.\nSolves a variety of problems varying in complexity, involving multi-departments.\nEnd-to-end service management.\nUnderstand service management asset delivery needs, service levels, and cost.\nRun 3rd party service delivery within customer's system and processes.\nReport and supervise 3rd party delivery and costs.\nRecommend improvements for both delivery and costs that meet needs and requirements.\nQualifications\nDegree or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nAt least 3+ years of meaningful experience for entry to this level.\nExperience using Customer Database Systems.\nPrevious experience working in a GMP environment (Preferred but not required).\nKnowledge of GxP guidelines and requirements (Preferred but not required).\nVital planning and interpersonal skills.\nPrevious experience scheduling service events.\nExcellent communication skills.\nProven efficiency working in a team environment.\nProven ability to optimally advise the actions of others.\nAbility to work with team members remotely.\nExcellent keyboarding skills and knowledge of PC applications -- including Microsoft and SAP products.\nUnderstand and apply appropriate quality improvement processes.\nMust align with all customer site access requirements, including GMP training and medical requirements.\nShown ability to adjust quickly to process and policy changes.\nMust be available for occasional travel, including overnight training and other Agilent activities.\nAdditional Details\nThis job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
