Work arrangements may evolve based on future business needs\nWhat you’ll do\nWork with a team of engineers to deliver feature set that are crucial to Revenue growth.\n\nBe a part of a world class global organization.\n\nPush the bar to solve complex technical challenges of scale and performance.\n\nArchitect, develop, and maintain robust, high-performance backend services and APIs using NodeJS.\n\nDesign and setup NOSQL databases and Search index required for end-end API flows.\n\nProvide mentorship to engineering peers and uphold high standards in code quality and development practices.\n\nChampion modern, maintainable infrastructure aligned with industry best practices and emerging technologies\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.\n\n8+ years of experience in API development.\n\nExpert Programming skills in Python, JavaScript, NodeJS,\n\nUnderstanding of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS industry with hands-on experience with public cloud offerings (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure)\n\nExperience in relational or noSQL DB such as Dynamodb, Search technolgoes such as OpenSearch, Graph DB.\n\nMust be able to pick up new backend technologies as the need arises.\n\nMust be familiar with API standards and frameworks.\n\nKnowledge to evaluate trade-offs based on cost, risk, effort analysis.\n\nPractice in mentoring other engineers and influencing decision makers throughout the organization\n\nConsideration of customer impact when making technical decisions\n\nWays To Stand Out From The Crowd\nSubstantial experience with AI/LLM driven use cases\n\nExperience in Code AI tools to gain productivity in coding. Eg. Copilot, Windsurf etc\n\nGood problem-solving skills\n\nAbility to work in a distributed team environment.\n\nGood written and spoken communications skills are crucial\n\nAdditional Details\nThis job has a full time weekly schedule.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
