In this role, you will design and implement scalable automated testing solutions, validate critical product and content experiences, and partner closely with development, product, content, and centralized testing teams to improve release quality, reliability, and speed. You will play a key role in strengthening QA coverage across functional, regression, integration, content functional quality validation, and performance testing while mentoring others and promoting modern quality engineering practices.\nThis role currently follows a hybrid work model. Work arrangements may evolve based on future business needs.\nWhat you’ll do:\nWork with a team of engineers to deliver feature set that are crucial to Revenue growth.\nBe a part of a world class global organization.\nAutomate test cases as part of each sprint to support in-sprint testing, faster validation, and higher release confidence.\nDesign and develop comprehensive automation test scripts and frameworks for our constantly updating A/B testing and personalization workflows.\nCollaborate with centralized testing team to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.\nCollaborate with the development team to understand product features and technical specifications to create effective test plans and strategies.\nPerform functional, regression, and performance testing.\nAnalyze test results, identify defects, and work with developers to resolve them.\nMentor QA engineers to deliver better QA coverage and results.\nQualifications\nRequired:\nBachelor’s or master’s Degree or equivalent.\n6+ years of relevant experience in QA and automation dev.\nHands-on experience with Playwright for full end-to-end automation, including test design, execution, debugging, and maintenance across modern web applications.\nCollaborate with the development team to understand product features and technical specifications to create effective test plans and strategies.\nPerform functional, regression, and performance testing.\nAnalyze test results, identify defects, and work with developers to resolve them.\nExperience writing exceptional test cases in JIRA, Cucumber etc.\nExperience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.\nSolid understanding of the AI-assisted software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.\nExperience with setting up test automation with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).\nExperience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD is a must.\nProgramming skills in Python, JavaScript, React, Java\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nStrong communication skills and a collaborative perspective.\nExperience in Using generative AI for test case generation and execution\nWays to stand out:\nAbility to fully utilize agentic development techniques, including AI-assisted coding, automated test generation, code review support, documentation acceleration, and workflow automation, to improve engineering efficiency, delivery speed, and overall development quality.\nQA automation for testing in the eCommerce domain.\nTest automation integration with CI/CD.\nAdditional Details\nThis job has a full time weekly schedule.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
