As directed, follow up with vendor invoice issues and Service Reports\nKeep management informed of progress, key issues and changes which may impact the business.\nSolves business controls/ process problems of limited scope and complexity\nAssists in system/process improvement activities.\nQualifications\nA bachelor’s degree or master’s Degree or equivalent.\nAt least 2+ years' relevant work experience\nKnowledge of MS Excel\nExcellent in analytical, logical skills - Ability to make analytical decisions.\nExcellent English verbal/written communication skills.\nSome general/basic familiarity with the Agilent laboratory and instrumentation\nUnderstanding and anticipating customer needs and behaviors\nStrong analytical capabilities to enable efficiencies and improvements in processes.\nExperienced working in a multi-cultural, global environment.\nStrong customer-focus and results orientation.\nDemonstrate customer orientation and sense of urgency to all deliverables.\nAbility to time-shift to US operating hours as and when required\nAdditional Details\nThis job has a full time weekly schedule.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
