operations across India field sites and facilities.\nEnsure consistent delivery of workplace services aligned with business requirements and company standards.\nDrive operational excellence, service quality, governance, and customer satisfaction.\nAct as the primary escalation point for workplace operational issues.\n\nFacilities & Real Estate Management\nOversee facility operations across India field locations.\nManage strategic facility management partners and service providers.\nSupport lease administration, landlord management, workplace planning, and occupancy optimization.\nEnsure facilities support business continuity and operational requirements\n\nVendor & Service Provider Management\nManage key workplace service providers, including:Facilities Management\nSecurity\nTravel Services\nFleet and Transportation Programs\nFood and Catering Services\nWorkplace Support Services\n\nEstablish governance processes, KPIs, SLAs, business reviews, and continuous improvement programs.\nDrive supplier performance, cost optimization, and service innovation\n\nBusiness Engagement & Customer Experience\nBuild strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders.\nUnderstand evolving business needs and translate them into workplace solutions.\nPromote a customer-centric culture focused on responsiveness and service excellence.\nLead workplace communications and change management activities.\n\nCompliance, Risk & Business Continuity\nEnsure compliance with company policies, workplace standards, and local regulatory requirements.\nPartner professionals.\nFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.\n\nQualifications\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or related field.\n8+ years of experience in Workplace Services, Facilities Management, Real Estate Operations, Corporate Services, or similar operational leadership roles.\nExperience managing multi-site operations and outsourced service providers.\nStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills.\nExperience leading workplace projects and operational improvements.\nStrong financial and business acumen.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.\n\nPreferred\nExperience within a multinational corporation.\nExperience supporting laboratory, engineering, R&D, manufacturing, or technology environments.\nProfessional qualifications in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Project Management, or
