The team consists of 5 high performing professionals managing all aspects of Workplace Services Sourcing globally. This role will primarily provide India Sourcing support plus additional countries across APAC with the opportunity to be involved in Global engagements with stakeholders worldwide on strategic vendor relationships within the Workplace Services Category.\nSuccess in this role hinges on building strong stakeholder relationships, delivering measurable cost savings, and driving compliance to sourcing policies. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with country, regional and potentially global business stakeholders to drive strategies, spend optimization, and enhance supplier performance. Your success will be measured on an annual saving plan, innovation, communication, proactivity as well as feedback from your key business stakeholders.\nYou will be responsible for:\nDeveloping the Workplace services sourcing strategy for your assigned countries/regions\n\nLeading RFP; defining sourcing strategy for engagements; developing sourcing engagement communication plans; Drive commercial and contractual negotiation; execute end to end sourcing activities & aligning with stakeholders on supplier selection\n\nExecuting sourcing engagements, while balancing service levels, cost and compliance.\n\nConducting supply market analysis, cost modelling and bench - marking.\n\nLead relationship management with your suppliers as well as internal stakeholders for your assigned countries/categoriesc.\n\nLeads or participates in cross-functional teams to develop requirements and strategy to identify suppliers, establish service level agreements and key performance indicator requirements, and monitors performance consistent with established goals and performance measures.\n\nManaging contract review/renewal process, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on plans.\n\nNegotiating favorable contract terms, conditions and price for Agilent.\n\nReviewing purchase requisitions for compliance and approval\n\nReviewing supplier adds, and complete analysis/compliance in preparation for approval.\n\nProviding efficient and consistent communication to stakeholders on the progress of sourcing engagements.\n\nAdhering to Global Sourcing indirect policies, processes and procedures to ensure compliance.\n\nBuilding business relationships/trust with key stakeholders\n\nAbility to work within a truly global, multi-cultural environment adapting style to support.\n\nProactively identifying savings opportunities and influencing stakeholders to buy into these solutions through robust analysis and ROI.\n\nPresenting results, findings to executive management in a concise and effective manner.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.\n\nPost-graduate, certification and/or license may be required.\n\nProficiency in Indian, English language is a must.\n\nTypically, 5-10 years relevant sourcing experience working in a multinational; multi-cultural environment\n\nKnowledge across India, key Asia Pacific markets for Workplace Services spend - Facilities Management, CAPEX Projects, Fleet, Security, Utilities, Catering etc.\n\nPrior experience in leading complex RFP’s and negotiation skills are core to this position.\n\nAbility to clearly articulate strategy and gain alignment with senior management is critical for this position.\n\nConcise communication style, being proficient in simplifying/summarizing key messaging for executive consumption would be a considerable advantage.\n\nPerson needs to be self-starter & ability to work with minimal supervision.\n\nGrowth Mindset - viewing challenges as opportunities for learning and improvement\n\nAdditional Details\nThis job has a full time weekly schedule.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
