asynchronous systems using Rust async frameworks (Tokio, async-std, futures)\n\nDevelop low-latency, high-throughput services for scalable platforms\n\nDebug and optimize memory usage, performance bottlenecks, and concurrency issues\n\nDesign and maintain REST and gRPC APIs and backend services\n\nCollaborate with Architecture, QA, DevOps, and Product Engineering teams\n\nParticipate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and best practices\n\nWrite unit tests, integration tests, and performance benchmarks\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n3+ years of
