Develope and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. Define milestones, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business\nand technical requirements. Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests; proactively address issues to ensure project continuity. Scrum Master & Agile Delivery Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).\nTechnical Leadership\nUnderstand architectural principles, software requirements, and solution design to guide teams and resolve technical challenges. Collaborate with architects, engineering leads, and QA to ensure technical excellence and adherence to standards.
