A market-leading Digital Defense & Infrastructure Services company is seeking a SOC Team Lead to manage center operations, mentor analysts, and elevate service standards. This key role combines team leadership, incident response, and client-facing collaboration. Job Scope: Full-time from the company's office Location: Rehovot Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of SOC analysts, managing tasks and professional development. Oversee security monitoring (SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS) and drive incident response from detection to full remediation. Develop procedures, playbooks, and detection rules to continuously improve SOC capabilities. Perform deep-dive threat analysis and collaborate closely with IT, Infrastructure, and R&D teams. Generate security posture reports and stay updated on emerging cyber threats and technologies. Requirements: 2-3+ years experience as a SOC Team Lead or similar security leadership role - Must.
