תיאור התפקיד:

  • ניהול מלא ועצמאי של תהליכי הגיוס מקצה לקצה למגוון משרות מטה

  • העמקת פרופילי משרה, אפיון, הגדרת דרישות

  • ביצוע סורסינג לאיתור מועמדים/ות

  • ביצוע סינון קורות חיים, ראיונות טלפוניים ופרונטליים והערכת מועמדים/ות

  • ליווי, ייעוץ ועבודה צמודה מול המנהלים המגייסים לאורך כל הדרך

  • ניהול קשר מול חברות השמה, ספקים וצינורות גיוס מגוונים

  • ניהול הצעות שכר, מו״מ ותהליכי סגירה

דרישות התפקיד:

  • 2-4 שנות ניסיון בגיוס מקצה לקצה

  • ניסיון מוכח בעבודה מול מנהלים והובלת תהליכי ייעוץ גיוסי - חובה

  • עצמאות גבוהה, פרואקטיביות ויכולת ניהול עצמי כפונקציה יחידה

  • יחסי אנוש מעולים, תקשורת בינאישית מצוינת

  • ניידות - חובה
