Principal Solution Architect

Job Title : Principal / Solution Architect - Digital, MarTech & AI Solutions (Life Sciences)

Location : Chennai / Hyderabad / Pune

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Practice Leader with strong expertise across MarTech, AdTech, AI/GenAI, Customer Experience, and Enterprise Digital Transformation within the Life Sciences and Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience leading large-scale digital programs, building Digital/MarTech practices, driving AI-enabled content generation and personalization initiatives, and delivering measurable business outcomes for pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, and regulated industry clients.

This role will lead strategic consulting, solution architecture, AI-driven marketing transformation, and enterprise delivery programs across customer engagement, omnichannel content operations, digital experience platforms, data & AI ecosystems, and cloud modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define strategic vision, capability roadmap, accelerators, reusable frameworks, and GTM offerings for Digital Experience and AI-enabled marketing transformation.

- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including architects, AI engineers, program managers, data engineers, MarTech specialists, and consulting teams.

- Drive practice growth through solution development, pre-sales support, strategic proposals, and executive client engagement.

- Establish delivery governance, operational excellence, KPIs, risk management, and value realization frameworks.

MarTech, CX & Omnichannel Transformation :

- Lead enterprise MarTech and AdTech transformation initiatives involving :

1. Adobe Experience Cloud

2. AEM / Headless CMS

3. Adobe Target

4. Adobe Analytics

5. RTCDP / CDP

6. Salesforce Marketing Cloud

7. Marketo

8. Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)

9. Customer Journey Orchestration (CJO)

- Architect and deliver omnichannel engagement solutions for HCP, patient, and consumer journeys.

- Drive personalization, audience activation, segmentation, campaign orchestration, and digital content operations.

- Implement enterprise content supply chain modernization and AI-powered content generation workflows.

- Lead integrations across CRM, CDP, DAM, ERP, analytics, and activation platforms.

AI / GenAI & Intelligent Content Solutions :

- Lead AI/GenAI transformation programs for marketing, medical, and customer engagement functions.

- Design and implement AI-powered content generation and personalization platforms leveraging :

1. LLMs

2. Agentic AI

3. RAG architectures

4. Vector databases

5. Prompt orchestration frameworks

6. MLOps platforms

- Develop AI-enabled solutions for :

1. Medical content generation

2. Omnichannel campaign content

3. Personalized customer communications

4. Intelligent knowledge management

5. Automated content tagging and classification

6. Conversational AI assistants

- Define Responsible AI governance including explainability, compliance, model monitoring, and regulatory alignment.

Life Sciences Domain Leadership :

- Drive digital transformation initiatives for pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and healthcare organizations.

- Support regulated programs involving :

1. HIPAA

2. GDPR

3. GxP awareness

4. Data privacy

5. AI governance

6. Compliance and audit readiness

- Partner with medical, commercial, regulatory, marketing, and IT stakeholders to modernize customer engagement ecosystems.

- Support patient engagement, HCP engagement, digital therapeutics, clinical supply, and commercial operations initiatives.

Required Qualifications :

- 15+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, MarTech, AdTech, AI, and Enterprise Technology leadership.

- Strong experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or regulated industry environments.

- Proven expertise building and scaling Digital or MarTech practices.

- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem and enterprise CX platforms.

- Experience delivering AI/GenAI solutions for marketing, content generation, or customer engagement.

- Strong understanding of omnichannel engagement, CDP, personalization, analytics, and digital marketing ecosystems.

- Experience managing large cross-functional global delivery teams and enterprise stakeholders.

- Strong executive communication, consulting, and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Experience with Agile / SAFe delivery methodologies.

Preferred Experience :

- Experience supporting Pharma Commercial Operations and Omnichannel Marketing.

- Exposure to medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) workflows.

- Experience with AI-powered content supply chain modernization.

- Experience in customer data platforms and advanced audience activation.

- Experience driving digital transformation consulting engagements and practice leadership.
