The ideal candidate will bring deep experience leading large-scale digital programs, building Digital/MarTech practices, driving AI-enabled content generation and personalization initiatives, and delivering measurable business outcomes for pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, and regulated industry clients. \n\nThis role will lead strategic consulting, solution architecture, AI-driven marketing transformation, and enterprise delivery programs across customer engagement, omnichannel content operations, digital experience platforms, data & AI ecosystems, and cloud modernization initiatives.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Define strategic vision, capability roadmap, accelerators, reusable frameworks, and GTM offerings for Digital Experience and AI-enabled marketing transformation.\n\n- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including architects, AI engineers, program managers, data engineers, MarTech specialists, and consulting teams.\n\n- Drive practice growth through solution development, pre-sales support, strategic proposals, and executive client engagement.\n\n- Establish delivery governance, operational excellence, KPIs, risk management, and value realization frameworks.\n\nMarTech, CX & Omnichannel Transformation :\n\n- Lead enterprise MarTech and AdTech transformation initiatives involving :\n\n1. Adobe Experience Cloud\n\n2. AEM / Headless CMS\n\n3. Adobe Target\n\n4. Adobe Analytics\n\n5. RTCDP / CDP\n\n6. Salesforce Marketing Cloud\n\n7. Marketo\n\n8. Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)\n\n9. Customer Journey Orchestration (CJO)\n\n- Architect and deliver omnichannel engagement solutions for HCP, patient, and consumer journeys.\n\n- Drive personalization, audience activation, segmentation, campaign orchestration, and digital content operations.\n\n- Implement enterprise content supply chain modernization and AI-powered content generation workflows.\n\n- Lead integrations across CRM, CDP, DAM, ERP, analytics, and activation platforms.\n\nAI / GenAI & Intelligent Content Solutions :\n\n- Lead AI/GenAI transformation programs for marketing, medical, and customer engagement functions.\n\n- Design and implement AI-powered content generation and personalization platforms leveraging :\n\n1. LLMs\n\n2. Agentic AI\n\n3. RAG architectures\n\n4. Vector databases\n\n5. Prompt orchestration frameworks\n\n6. MLOps platforms\n\n- Develop AI-enabled solutions for :\n\n1. Medical content generation\n\n2. Omnichannel campaign content\n\n3. Personalized customer communications\n\n4. Intelligent knowledge management\n\n5. Automated content tagging and classification\n\n6. Conversational AI assistants\n\n- Define Responsible AI governance including explainability, compliance, model monitoring, and regulatory alignment.\n\nLife Sciences Domain Leadership :\n\n- Drive digital transformation initiatives for pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and healthcare organizations.\n\n- Support regulated programs involving :\n\n1. HIPAA\n\n2. GDPR\n\n3. GxP awareness\n\n4. Data privacy\n\n5. AI governance\n\n6.
