This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where automation, innovation, and operational efficiency are at the core of what we do.\nABOUT YOU:\nMust-Have's\n5+ years of hands-on experience with SCCM and/or Microsoft Intune for application packaging, deployment, and endpoint management.\nStrong experience with PowerShell scripting and a good understanding of Windows Registry, File System internals, and deployment workflows.\nExperience managing application packaging, deployment, patching, and remediation processes in enterprise environments.\nExposure to vulnerability management and patch lifecycle activities using tools such as WSUS, Active Directory, or endpoint security solutions.\nAn AI-first mindset with interest or experience leveraging Generative AI tools to improve efficiency across packaging, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and operational tasks.\nHands-on experience using automation or AI-assisted tools to streamline IT operations and deployment workflows.\nDesired Skills\nExperience with InstallShield, ORCA, VBScript, or related packaging technologies.\nMicrosoft or vendor certifications (Intune, SCCM, Windows, Azure, ITIL).\nExperience supporting enterprise or regulated environments.\nWho You Are \nBehaviours & Mindset: We will hire, assess, and manage you on behaviours as much as technical skills.\nHigh Agency: You solve problems before they’re reported.\nOwnership: You deliver end-to-end outcomes, not just closed tickets.\nOutcome-Driven: You obsess over metrics like Patch Hygiene and Zero-Rework.\nCommunicator: You can explain complex technical risks to UK-based stakeholders with ease.
