You will serve as a technical expert in manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, automation, and production systems while leading high-impact projects and mentoring engineers and Operations partners.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nLead complex manufacturing engineering projects with site-wide or multi-functional impact.\nDevelop manufacturing strategies that improve efficiency, quality, capacity, automation, and cost.\nProvide technical expertise in manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, automation, and production systems.\nLead root cause investigations for significant operational, quality, equipment, and productivity challenges.\nDrive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across departments.\nLead new product introductions, manufacturing readiness activities, capital projects, and large-scale implementations.\nEvaluate equipment, automation, tooling, facility, and process improvements.\nEstablish manufacturing standards and metrics and mentor engineers and Operations teams.\nWHAT YOU'LL BRING\nBachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field.\n6 to 10 or more years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, including complex manufacturing improvement initiatives.\nExperience with advanced data analysis, real-time production metrics, root cause problem-solving, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement.\nExperience leading cross-functional projects involving automation, equipment implementation, process controls, capital projects, capacity expansion, new product introduction, or operational transformation.\nExperience designing and optimizing production systems, tooling, fixtures, and process controls.\nExperience with CAD, ERP, MES, automation, robotics, additive manufacturing, and other advanced manufacturing technologies.\nAbility to evaluate and implement advanced materials, manufacturing processes, and emerging production technologies.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nSolidWorks experience.\nLean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent continuous improvement certification.\nIt is the policy of Agiliti to provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender identity, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age, physical or mental disability, genetic information, marital status, status as a veteran, military service, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local civil rights laws.
