monitor the evolving KSA regulatory and legislative landscape and proactively advise business leaders and Corporate HR on required actions and potential impacts.\nDrive Saudization initiatives and support work authorization, employment registration, and regulatory audits.\nEmployee Lifecycle & HR Operations\nOversee end-to-end lifecycle activities: recruitment, onboarding, performance, talent reviews, mobility, and offboarding.\nCoordinate payroll inputs and HR operations with Corporate HR and shared services; maintain accurate workforce data.\nManage employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinaries, and investigations.\nCulture, Engagement & Nationalization\nDrive engagement and retention initiatives that promote a positive, high-performing culture.\nLead workforce localization initiatives and advise business leaders on compliance with national employment targets and requirements.\nPartner with leaders to attract, develop, and retain local talent;
