Document next actions and ensure no follow-up is missed.\nPerformance Reporting: Prepare monthly leadership updates and visual dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights for the executive team.\nOperational Accountability: Follow up directly with Operating Companies (OpCos) to ensure meeting actions and deadlines are met. Act as the primary \"enforcer\" of project timelines.\nRisk Mitigation: Proactively identify and flag delays, resource bottlenecks, or strategic risks before they impact delivery.\nKnowledge Management: Ensure seamless continuity of project data and strategic relationships during priority shifts or team transitions.\nYour Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.\nCertification: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.\n6-8 years of project management experience, preferably within a conglomerate, consulting firm, or logistics/infrastructure sector.\nRegional Expertise: Deep understanding of the KSA business landscape and the Vision 2030 framework.
