Sitting within the Customer Success function, which is responsible for driving new business and revenue generation by supporting customers with products, solutions, and services aligned to their needs, this role will help ensure our partners are equipped to deliver successful customer experiences while creating the structure and visibility needed to scale our partner operations effectively.\nThis is an opportunity for a highly collaborative, solutions-oriented operator who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, building processes from the ground up, and working across teams to turn business priorities into actionable plans. You'll play an important role in connecting our partner strategy with day-to-day execution, helping Agility scale thoughtfully while maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPartner Operations & Enablement: Own the operational success of external partners across the alliance partnership ecosystem, developing and managing the operational frameworks, processes, and resources that support partner onboarding, engagement, readiness, and ongoing success.\nProcess Development & Optimization: Build, document, and continuously improve scalable workflows and operating procedures that create consistency, efficiency, and accountability across the partner lifecycle.\nCross-Functional Coordination: Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and other internal teams to align on partner needs, coordinate initiatives, and drive timely execution.\nPerformance & Reporting: Establish and maintain operational metrics, dashboards, and reporting to provide visibility into partner performance, engagement, operational health, and opportunities for improvement.\nSystems & Tools: Identify opportunities to improve the systems, tools, and infrastructure supporting partner operations, ensuring teams have the information and resources needed to operate effectively.\nPartner Experience: Identify operational friction points across the partner journey and develop solutions that improve the experience for both internal stakeholders and external partners.\nAlliance Partnership & Management: Focus on developing, managing, and maintaining strategic partner relationships, alliance agreements, and shared growth opportunities; identify key areas of collaboration, define integrated service offerings and delivery methodologies, and shape joint marketing messaging.\nProgram Management: Lead cross-functional operational initiatives from planning through execution, proactively managing dependencies, risks, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.\nContinuous Improvement: Use data, partner feedback, and operational insights to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and drive scalable solutions as Agility's business evolves.\nStrategic Direction & Execution: Help set the direction and policies for partner-related sales activities, and manage the execution of strategic business plans for alliance success.\nWhat You’ll Bring\n5+ years of experience in partner operations, business operations, customer success operations, program management, or a related field.\nExperience building, implementing, and optimizing operational processes in a growing or evolving business environment.\nStrong project and program management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives through completion.\nDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and build alignment across teams with competing priorities.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate operational data into actionable insights and recommendations.\nExperience developing reporting, tracking mechanisms, and operational dashboards to support business visibility and decision-making.\nExcellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to bring clarity and structure to complex or ambiguous situations.\nA proactive, resourceful mindset and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.\nWhat Will Set You Apart\nExperience supporting partner ecosystems, channel partnerships, strategic alliances, or third-party service delivery models.\nExperience in robotics, hardware, industrial technology, automation, or other complex technology environments.\nFamiliarity with customer lifecycle management, partner onboarding, enablement, and ongoing service delivery.\nExperience scaling operational programs and processes in a high-growth organization.\nProficiency with CRM platforms, business intelligence tools, and project management systems.\nExperience establishing KPIs, operational scorecards, and performance management frameworks.\nA track record of identifying opportunities to simplify complex processes and drive meaningful operational improvements.\nHow You’ll Work\nYou'll bring a proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach to your work, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. As a professional-level role, you will operate independently with flexibility and autonomy over daily work priorities, while providing operational guidance and work direction to team members without direct disciplinary or reward authority. You're comfortable navigating ambiguity, creating structure where it doesn't yet exist, and taking ownership of initiatives from concept through completion. You build strong cross-functional relationships, communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders, and know how to bring people together around shared priorities. You're adaptable, resourceful, and motivated by finding better ways to work, with a focus on delivering meaningful outcomes for our partners, customers, and the business.\nThis is a fully remote role with the option to work hybrid if a commutable distance from our Salem, OR, Pittsburgh, PA, or Fremont, CA offices.\nThe final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
