The Enterprise Applications team is looking for a Staff PLM Architect to help build core systems and improve our work from the ground up.\nWhat We Do\nEveryone at Agility Robotics is a stakeholder and a partner. Enterprise Applications at Agility has a diverse range of functions, including support of MRP/ERP solutions, RFQ/RFP of in use or new products to align business teams, systems architecture, PLM, and scaling our manufacturing operations.\nWe are seeking a Senior Enterprise Applications Engineer to be responsible for the administration, configuration, enhancement, and ongoing support of the organization's enterprise application portfolio, with primary ownership of the NetSuite ERP platform. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency while ensuring platform stability, performance, and user adoption. You will oversee system configuration, customizations, workflows, integrations, and release management, ensuring all changes are aligned with business objectives and follow established governance and change management processes. You will also be accountable for maintaining compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements, enforcing data governance standards to preserve the integrity and quality of enterprise data, and ensuring seamless integration between NetSuite and other business-critical systems. Working closely with IT, Security, Finance, and business teams, you will drive continuous improvement, optimize enterprise processes, and ensure the application ecosystem remains secure, reliable, and scalable to support the organization's long-term growth. \nResponsibilities\nPartner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into scalable technical solutions that improve business processes across the enterprise applications landscape. \nDesign, configure, and maintain NetSuite workflows, customizations, forms, saved searches, dashboards, roles, and other platform capabilities to meet evolving business needs. \nDesign, implement, and support integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise platforms, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient data exchange. \nEnsure enterprise applications comply with organizational security standards, regulatory requirements, audit controls, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies. \nMaintain and evolve the enterprise application architecture by evaluating current capabilities, identifying opportunities for standardization and modernization, reducing technical debt, and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, well-integrated, and aligned with the organization's technology strategy. \nCollaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Architecture teams to evaluate new solutions, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and optimize the overall enterprise application ecosystem. \nDevelop and maintain system documentation, configuration standards, support procedures, and knowledge articles while providing guidance and training to business users and support teams. \nRequirements\n5+ years of experience administering, configuring, and supporting enterprise applications, with significant hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP. \nProven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions and application enhancements.\nStrong understanding of NetSuite configuration, workflows, roles, permissions, saved searches, dashboards, SuiteFlow, and general platform administration. Experience with SuiteScript is preferred.\nExperience designing, implementing, and supporting integrations between enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, or integration platforms.\nKnowledge of enterprise architecture principles, application lifecycle management, and software development/change management best practices.\nExperience implementing and maintaining data governance standards, master data management practices, and ensuring data quality across integrated systems.\nStrong understanding of security best practices, role-based access controls (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), audit controls, and regulatory compliance requirements such as SOX.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while balancing operational support, enhancements, and strategic projects.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex application issues.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across IT, Finance, Operations, Security, and other business functions.\nExperience documenting business processes, solution designs, technical configurations, and support procedures.\nSelf-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for optimizing business processes through technology.\nBonus Qualifications\nExperience developing custom solutions using SuiteScript 2.x (JavaScript) to automate business processes and extend NetSuite functionality.\nProficiency with SuiteQL for advanced reporting, analytics, and efficient data extraction.\nExperience using the SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) to manage NetSuite configurations and customizations through source control and CI/CD deployment practices.\nFamiliarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies for delivering enterprise application enhancements and projects.\nNetSuite Specialist or Professional-level certifications (e.g., NetSuite Administrator, ERP Consultant, or SuiteCloud Developer) are preferred.\nExperience designing, implementing, and supporting integrations using iPaaS platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workato.\nWhat We Value\nIn addition to our core values, which are not unique to this position and are necessary for Agility Robotics employees:\nWe value high-performing creative individuals who dig into problems and opportunities\nWe strongly believe everyone should be treated with respect and dignity while performing the duties and responsibilities of their position\nWe emphasize an environment of teaching and learning to equip employees with the tools needed to be successful in their function and the company\nWe strongly believe in the value of growing a diverse team and encourage people of all backgrounds, genders, ethnicities, abilities, and sexual orientations to apply\nThis is a fully remote role with the option to work hybrid if a commutable distance from our Salem, OR, Pittsburgh, PA, or Fremont, CA offices.\nThe final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
