In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers and the People team to deliver a high-quality recruiting experience while managing full-cycle hiring for technical positions. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys building relationships, sourcing top talent, and contributing to a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.\nAbout the Work\nManage full-cycle recruiting for software and hardware engineering roles, from intake through offer acceptance.\nPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.\nSource and engage high-quality technical talent through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.\nCoordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.\nMaintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.\nPartner with recruiters, coordinators, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive hiring priorities.\nContribute to recruiting process improvements, documentation, and team initiatives that improve efficiency and scalability.\nAbout You\n5+ years of recruiting experience ideally with 2+ years of in house experience.\nExperience recruiting for technical roles, preferably within software and/or hardware engineering.\nStrong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms.\nExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.\nExperience working with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruiting data.\nBA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.\nAuthorization to work in the USA.\nBonus Points\nExperience recruiting within robotics, AI, autonomous systems, or other deep technology industries.\nExperience supporting high-growth engineering organizations.\nPassion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.\nCurious, proactive, and excited to continuously improve recruiting processes.\nCommitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable hiring experience.\nLocation \nThis is a fully remote role with the option to work hybrid if a commutable distance from our Salem, OR, Pittsburgh, PA, or Fremont, CA offices.\nThe final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
