With industry-leading safety standards and years of proven deployment data, we're pioneering a new era of automation that enhances human potential.\nAbout the Role\nWe're looking for a Senior Technical Sourcer (Contract) to lead top-of-funnel talent generation for some of our most critical engineering hiring initiatives across software, hardware, robotics, and AI. In this role, you'll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and technical leaders to develop sourcing strategies, identify exceptional passive talent, and build high-quality candidate pipelines that support Agility's continued growth. This is a 6-month contract with the potential for extension.\nAbout the Work\nOwn sourcing strategy and execution for software, hardware, robotics, and AI engineering roles.\nPartner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, calibrate candidate profiles, and develop sourcing strategies.\nIdentify, engage, and build relationships with passive technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, referrals, events, and other sourcing channels.\nCraft personalized outreach that drives candidate engagement and response rates.\nBuild and maintain healthy candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.\nTrack candidate activity and sourcing metrics within the applicant tracking system (ATS).\nShare talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and sourcing trends with recruiting and hiring teams.\nContribute to sourcing best practices, reporting, and continuous process improvements.\nAbout You\n4+ years of technical sourcing experience with ideally 2+ years of in-house experience, preferably in a high-growth technology environment.\nExperience sourcing technical talent across software, hardware, robotics, AI, or related engineering disciplines.\nStrong expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other sourcing platforms.\nProven ability to identify and engage highly specialized passive candidates.\nStrong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience managing multiple searches and competing priorities simultaneously.\nExperience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing metrics to manage pipeline health.\nAuthorization to work in the USA.\nBonus Points\nExperience sourcing engineering leadership or executive-level technical talent.\nExperience recruiting within robotics, autonomous systems, AI/ML, or other deep technology industries.\nAbility to leverage talent market data to influence sourcing strategy.\nPassion for building inclusive candidate pipelines and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.\nLocation\nThis is a fully remote role with the option to work hybrid if a commutable distance from our Salem, OR, Pittsburgh, PA, or Fremont, CA offices.\nThe final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
