This role may include occasional hands-on coding, and deep technical comprehension of the following technologies is essential.\nJob Responsibilities:\nLead and manage software development projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery while effectively coordinating with the development team in Vietnam during overlapping work hours\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones, including product managers, designers, DevOps, and business stakeholders, to define project scope and objectives\n\nUnderstand client’s business and technical requirements and help translate those into technical architecture, solutions, and user stories for the development team in Vietnam\n\nAct as a liaison between technical teams and clients, translating business requirements a strong comprehension of the following technologies to effectively manage teams and communicate with stakeholders\n\nProgramming & Development Ecosystem\nStrong familiarity with JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and Swift, understanding their role in front-end and mobile development\n\nAwareness of React.js / React Native, Redux, Flutter, and Angular, with knowledge of how they are used to build scalable, responsive, and cross-platform applications\n\nUnderstanding of UI/UX best practices, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles to collaborate effectively with designers and engineers\n\nBack-End Architecture & API Development\nUnderstanding of Node.js, Python/Django, Java, Kotlin, and Golang and how these languages and frameworks support robust back-end development\n\nFamiliarity with database management systems including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB, along with knowledge of data modeling, optimization, and integrity best practices\n\nUnderstanding of Redis for caching and performance enhancements in back-end systems\n\nUnderstanding of GraphQL and RESTful API design principles for effective system integrations and efficient data communication\n\nTesting & Automation\nAwareness of unit, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies, and tools applicable to the tech stack (e.g., Jest for JavaScript, Pytest for Python, and testing strategies for mobile apps built with React Native and Flutter)\n\nUnderstanding of CI/CD practices in the context of Docker and cloud platforms\n\nCloud & DevOps Practices\nFamiliarity with deploying and managing applications on AWS and Azure, including scalability, monitoring, and cost considerations\n\nUnderstanding of Docker for containerization and environment consistency across development, testing, and production\n\nAwareness of cloud-native development principles and basic familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices\n\nSecurity & Authentication\nKnowledge of modern authentication mechanisms such as Auth0 and OAuth-based flows to ensure secure user authentication and authorization\n\nUnderstanding the role of authentication in user experience, compliance, and security requirements\n\nFamiliarity with integrating secure third-party services such as Plaid, Dwolla, and Firebase for financial transactions and backend services\n\nQualifications & Experience:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\n\n3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a software
