manage leadership expectations on readiness, residual risk, and trade-offs.\n\nDelivery Leadership & Governance:\n\n- Own project & portfolio plan stability across your accounts; enforce governance, cadence, and metrics.\n\n- Approve baselines, review delivery & sprint health, and drive milestone predictability across every account.\n\n- Enforce exception & escalation governance with quality and timeliness - keep delivery calm and predictable for leadership.\n\n- Orchestrate the delivery execution team and partners so the customer experiences one seamless Aerchain delivery; guide allocation, correct gaps, and keep the team unblocked.\n\nSolution Oversight & Scope Discipline:\n\n- Review BRDs for feasibility, product alignment, and long-term supportability.\n\n- Validate sold solutions against product capability; enforce scope discipline post-discovery.\n\n- Confirm functional & operational readiness at go-live.\n\nStakeholder & Escalation Management:\n\n- Establish executive governance, escalation paths, and SteerCo cadence for your accounts.\n\n- Own escalation resolution across client and internal stakeholders (Product, Sales, Tech, and delivery partners).\n\n- Be the customer's single point of escalation - all external escalation flows through you.\n\nAdoption & Value Realization:\n\n- Own post-go-live outcomes - stay in the loop until value is confirmed, not until the feature ships.\n\n- Hold the customer-value metrics standard across your accounts; track adoption and drive value realization.\n\n- Turn delivered outcomes into references and case studies; feed structured customer insight back into the product.\n\nYou will thrive here if:\n\n- 9 - 12 years in Product/Solution Consulting, Engagement or Account Management, or Enterprise SaaS delivery, with clear progression to end-to-end account ownership.\n\n- You own outcomes - you stay in the loop until value is confirmed.\n\n- You make delivery predictable across clients, scalable across teams, and calm for leadership.\n\n- You validate solutions against product capability and hold scope discipline under pressure.\n\n- Executive-level stakeholder management and structured, calm communication across every delivery stage.\n\n- Pragmatic decision-making under pressure, with a critical-path focus.\n\n- Strong B2B SaaS & enterprise-workflow understanding.\n\n- Bonus: Procurement / supply chain / spend-management domain exposure, experience with Indian & US enterprise customers;
