You will identify high-value opportunities where agents can unlock efficiency across the contract lifecycle, drive usage and enhance the long-term value of the product. This role requires a blend of strategic vision and execution discipline: defining and tracking success metrics for agentic workflows, orchestrating updates to Agiloft’s APIs to ensure seamless data accessibility, observing and productizing data insights, and working across UX, engineering, legal knowledge engineering, and go-to-market teams to deliver innovative solutions that delight customers.\nYou will bring curiosity, insight, and a strong track record of innovation to create meaningful, user-centered product experiences. As a champion of agentic solutions, you will play a pivotal role in positioning Agiloft as the leader in applying intelligent agents to contract lifecycle management.\nJob Responsibilities\nOwn the roadmap and execution of agentic solutions on the Agiloft CLM platform, ensuring they drive measurable business and customer impact.\nCo-lead a strategic initiative focused on delivering AI driven insights and optimizations throughout the product.\nIdentify high-value workflows across the contract lifecycle that can be effectively supported and enhanced by intelligent agents.\nDive deep on Agiloft core functionality to gain expert-level understanding of Agiloft capabilities.\nDefine and track success metrics for agentic workflows, ensuring adoption, customer satisfaction, and measurable ROI.\nCollaborate closely with engineering teams to orchestrate updates to Agiloft’s APIs, enabling seamless data availability for agent-driven solutions.\nPartner with UX and design teams to uncover user insights and ensure agentic experiences are intuitive, collaborative, and user-centered.\nPrioritize and manage the product backlog, writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.\nStay deeply informed about the contract lifecycle management (CLM) space, agentic AI advancements, and competitive offerings.\nDrive cross-functional alignment with product marketing, sales enablement, and customer success to position Agiloft’s agentic solutions as market-leading.\nAct as a product evangelist, internally and externally, for Agiloft’s agentic capabilities.\nPartner with peers to shape and execute the roadmap for agent-enabled contract lifecycle innovations.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years experience as a product manager at a fast paced software company.\nAdvanced command of state of the art trends in building, measuring, and improving generative AI B2B applications.\nAbility to prioritize ruthlessly and connect tactical execution with broader company strategy.\nStrong experience defining success metrics and applying data-driven decision-making.\nBackground in enterprise B2B SaaS applications, ideally in legal tech, contract lifecycle management, ERP, CRM, or BPM systems.\nExperience working closely with engineering teams to design and evolve APIs for ecosystem and agent enablement.\nStrong storytelling, communication, and collaboration skills to influence across organizational boundaries.\nPreferred Qualifications\nHands-on experience with agent frameworks, multi-agent collaboration, or orchestration platforms.\nExperience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), agent tools, or similar technologies.\nBackground in building and scaling generative AI or agentic products in enterprise environments.\nExperience with enterprise no-code platforms and extensibility strategies.\nWillingness to travel up to 10% for customer workshops, conferences, and research
