Procurement, CFOs, and CIOs are gaining influence alongside Legal, and they expect contracting outcomes they can measure that are directly connected to company level business strategy. Agiloft has built deep strength with legal personas that will be extended into procurement through additional investments in our products.\nAs Senior Product Manager for Procurement, you will accelerate the development of procurement-focused contracting motions on our platform. You will identify the highest value procurement scenarios, prioritize for emerging customer demand, and turn them into a roadmap Product builds against.\nThis is a high-agency, high-accountability product and business building role reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer. You will create and prove value for procurement customers in close partnership with the teams building our core platform and our connected, third-party experiences and generate the evidence that shapes further investment in this motion.\nJob Responsibilities\nLead Product Strategy\nDefine and prioritize the procurement use cases with the clearest path to customer value building upon Agiloft's advanced and growing contracting platform.\nOwn a roadmap spanning new capabilities, existing platform features, and integrations.\nGive particular attention to headless experiences and workflows orchestrated by AI agents.\nEnsure delivery of critical procurement product roadmap items in partnership with engineering.\nPartner with engineering and design to deliver the roadmap, and establish success measures such as shorter cycle times, identified savings, and adoption of automated recommendations.\nProject Agiloft's contract technology core into a procurement-facing value story, building upon and extending the strengths of the existing product stack.\nTrack evidence from customer engagement and use it to shape investment.\nTranslate platform capabilities into a clear procurement value proposition, using customer evidence to guide investment, pricing, and monetization decisions.\nRepresent the product strategy in customer conversations, webinars, conferences, and other relevant industry forums.\nCustomer Evidence and Internal Proof\nPartner with Agiloft’s finance team as an internal procurement customer to test and improve the experience.\nRecruit procurement, finance, and operations customers to shape the roadmap, participate in early releases, and become references for the emerging offering.\nCross-Functional Product Leadership\nPartner with existing product teams to build procurement capabilities as an extension of existing platform.\nWork with product strategy to define procurement-focused trust and governance scenarios.\nPartner with go-to-market to develop packaging, pricing, and launch plans for procurement scenarios.\nCo-develop procurement personas and positioning with marketing.\nPartner with sales enablement, product marketing, and others functions to act as a subject matter expert who educates internal stakeholders on procurement related to their job function.\nPartner with sales to build a scalable customer engagement motion for procurement.\nSupport partnerships and technology integrations that expand procurement capabilities; share demand signals with professional services to inform its offerings.\nOther duties as assigned\nRequired Qualifications\n7 or more years of combined experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, including ownership of a product area end to end, and technical development, consulting, customer success, and other directly relevant experience with procurement, source-to-pay, or supplier management workflows and systems, such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar platforms.\nDemonstrated success building a new product motion or persona from early evidence, with a limited team and evolving resourcing.\nExperience defining and prioritizing scenarios based on customer value and measurable business outcomes.\nStrong understanding of API, headless, and orchestration concepts, and how they apply to connected workflows.\nExperience defining measurable success criteria for AI-driven or automated workflows, such as time saved, cost avoided, or adoption of recommended actions.\nExperience partnering with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and go-to-market, without direct authority over them.\nAbility to define clear objectives and success criteria for ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives, and align stakeholders who do not report to you around them.\nExperience making an ROI case for economic buyers, including CFOs or CIOs, and communicating product direction to customers and internal teams.\nHands-on use of AI tools to improve how you work and deliver business results.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with contract lifecycle management, legal technology, or adjacent enterprise workflow platforms.\nDirect experience working in procurement or sourcing.\nExperience with the Model Context Protocol, agentic workflows, or AI-driven orchestration.\nExperience developing packaging and pricing models for new product motions.\nExperience connecting products into major ecosystems such as
