THIS IS A HYBRID OPPORTUNITY!\n Essential Job Functions:\nManage the full project life cycle including clarifying objectives and priorities, gathering requirements, creating project plans (deliverables, metrics, timelines, owners), obtaining and managing resources, managing budgets, and facilitating project execution, deployment, monitoring, and closure.\n\nConduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support performance improvement efforts.\n\nAssist with establishment and maintenance of corporate project management methodology and other department procedures.\n\nCreate and communicate project milestone documents, dashboards, ROI tables, and departmental success metrics.\n\nProvide project management support with minimal oversight, including managing day-to-day operations, maintaining work plans and timelines, preparing status reports, and ensuring project status is communicated to all stakeholders.\n\nMaintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues lists, and risk management plans.\n\nNegotiate with project stakeholders to identify resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.\n\nMonitor the creation of all project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards including design documents, test plans, training materials, and operations documentation.\n\nOther Job Functions:\nUnderstand, adhere to, and implement the Company’s policies and procedures.\n\nProvide excellent customer services skills, including consistently displaying awareness and sensitivity to the needs of internal and/or external clients.\n\nProactively ensuring that these needs are met or exceeded.\n\nTake personal responsibility for personal growth including acquiring new skills, knowledge, and information.\n\nEngage in excellent communication which includes listening attentively and speaking professionally.\n\nSet and complete challenging goals.\n\nDemonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work product.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nMinimum Experience\n3+ years of healthcare clinical or administrative experience.\n\nSkills related to effective project management, including strong work ethic, attention to detail, time management, ability to prioritize, problem solving, adaptability, and willingness to learn.\n\nExperience working with and leading diverse groups and matrix managed environments.\n\nProficient with project management tools, MS-Project or other project\n\nLocation:\nTraverse City -
