Leverage your industry network, develop long-term client relationships, and position solutions throughout the mine lifecycle, from development and operations to closure and reclamation. \nTotal rewards:$150000.00 - $180000.00 annually\nLead mining growth initiatives across Canada’s key resource regions\nInfluence strategic business development decisions and market expansion\nBuild relationships with major mining owners, operators, and EPCM firms\nRepresent a well-established civil construction and industrial services provider\nWork with experienced operations, estimating, and project delivery teams\nEngage with diverse projects across mine development, infrastructure, and reclamation\nTravel to mining operations and communities across Western and Northern Canada\n\nResponsibilities:Develop and execute business development strategies for mining markets across Western and Northern Canada\nIdentify opportunities in mine development, sustaining capital, site services, and closure projects\nBuild and manage a qualified pipeline of civil, earthworks, and mining opportunities\nEstablish relationships with mine owners, operators, developers, engineering firms, and EPCMs\nPosition the organization early in project lifecycles ahead of formal procurement processes\nLead pursuits involving earthworks, mine civil, tailings, water management, and reclamation services\nCollaborate with Indigenous communities and partnership stakeholders near project sites\nSupport proposals, negotiations, forecasting, opportunity assessments, and CRM reporting\n\nRequirements:Bring 7+ years of business development, commercial leadership, or project development experience\nPossess 5+ years of direct mining or mine-site contracting experience\nDemonstrate an established network across mining companies and engineering firms in Western and Northern Canada\nShow success developing and converting multi-discipline civil and mining opportunity pipelines\nUnderstand mine development, permitting, construction, operations, and closure processes\nApply knowledge of civil construction, earthworks, tailings, water management, or reclamation projects\nCollaborate effectively with estimating, operations, project delivery, and executive leadership teams\nHold a degree or diploma in business, engineering, construction management, or a related discipline preferred\n\nThis posting is for an active opening. \nInterested? \nPlease apply directly online \n\nAgilus by Synergie would like to thank all candidates for their interest in this opportunity.
