Their offerings include advanced process control solutions designed to enhance energy efficiency in combustion-intensive operations, leveraging proprietary extractive and optical sensor technologies. \nTotal rewards:$110000.00 - $120000.00 annually\nHealth & Dental Benefits\nVacation allotment\n\nA typical day:Perform process and data analysis, optimizing technical solutions and processes.\r\nProvide process engineering deliverables and field support.\nContribute to technology development based on project feedback and experience.\r\nCollaborate with Sales to review documents and participate in project hand-off meetings, ensuring clear understanding of project requirements and objectives.\nManage contract requirements and customer relationships to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled, risks managed, and payments received timely.\nConduct on-site customer kick-off meetings to define project objectives, deliverables, requirements, and schedules.\nEnsure comprehensive communication of project information to internal stakeholders\nMonitor and control project budgets, providing updates and forecasts to management.\nPlan, assign, communicate, execute, monitor, document, and report project activities to deliver quality service to stakeholders. Develop and manage relationships with internal and external project stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-efficient project execution.\nTransfer customer and project information to Ongoing Service and Support department through documentation and hand-off meeting\n\nSuccessful candidates will have:Bachelors or Master’s degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical, Mechanical, Metallurgical, Electrical, or related field).\n5+ years of related work experience, preferably in mechanical, chemical, electrical, combustion, or process control engineering in heavy industries (e.g., metals & mining, aluminum, cement, oil & gas, pulp & paper,).\nExperience in aluminum industry, electrolysis, and electrochemical processes and/or the Steel Industry, EAF, and BOF steelmaking is a significant asset.\nProven ability to manage mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation engineering, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting, preferably with international exposure.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with familiarity in mass and energy balances, process modeling, and optimization techniques.\nExperience troubleshooting coding algorithms (e.g., Visual Basic, C++, Matlab, Python).\nEffective communication skills for interacting with internal and external customers, with the ability to present technical content and reports. Ability to manage multiple projects, handle issues, and make decisions in a time-sensitive manner.\nWillingness to travel internationally.
