This hybrid role will be responsible for driving business process improvements, user adoption, and executive reporting while ensuring the Salesforce platform is configured to meet evolving needs.\n\nWhy This Role Matters\nThe ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, partnering closely with sales leaders, executives, and end users to define requirements, translate them into solutions, and ensure Salesforce is effectively leveraged across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Analysis & Process Improvement\nEngage with sales leaders, executives, and end users to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.\nTranslate business needs into user stories, process flows, and solution designs.\nIdentify opportunities to optimize business processes within Salesforce and connected applications.\nDrive user adoption initiatives through training, communications, and change management.\nHost regular cadence meetings with Sales teams to review system change requests, improvements and feedback.\nFacilitate CRM Steering Committee meetings, ensuring alignment between business strategy and Salesforce roadmap.\nSalesforce Administration\nSupport data quality efforts (deduplication, imports, validation).\nAssist in release testing and facilitate UAT, and User training.\nStakeholder & Technical Collaboration\nPartner with Sales & Executive leadership to deliver accurate reporting and actionable insights.\nProvide end-user support, resolving issues and escalating where needed.\nWork closely with Salesforce developers in our India office to design, test, and deploy enhancements.\nCollaborate with IT, Vendors and integration partners to ensure smooth end-to-end solutions.\n Qualifications\nAround 5+ years of Salesforce experience as a Business Analyst, Admin, or hybrid role.\nProven track record of working with Sales leaders and executives in a tech or SaaS environment.\nStrong knowledge of Sales Cloud (Service Cloud or other Salesforce products a plus).\nHands-on experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards and Analytics.\nExcellent business process mapping, documentation, and requirements gathering skills.\nStrong communication skills, with ability to influence adoption and train non-technical users.\nExperience facilitating cadence meetings and steering committees preferred.\nFamiliarity with offshore collaboration and Agile/Scrum methodology.\nSalesforce Administrator certification required, Business Analyst certification a plus.\nPersonal Attributes\nProactive and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nCustomer-focused with a passion for improving user experience and business outcomes.\nStrong relationship builder capable of influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organization.\nCollaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments.\nAdaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.\nDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.\nAnalytical thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.\nEffective communicator who can confidently work with executives, managers, technical teams, and end users.\nAgilysys cares about you and your overall well-being.
