Position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.**\nPosition Summary\nThe Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, returns processing, and team supervision. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring timely and accurate shipments, improving operational efficiency, and supporting compliance with company safety standards.\nThe Warehouse Supervisor serves as the primary day-to-day leader for warehouse associates and coordinators. This position combines hands-on operational leadership with process improvement, employee development, and cross-functional partnership to support the company’s hospitality technology hardware operations.\n\nWhy This Role Matters \nThe Warehouse Supervisor plays an essential role in ensuring hardware and inventory move accurately, safely, and efficiently through the warehouse. By coordinating daily priorities, maintaining inventory controls, and developing warehouse employees, this position supports on-time customer fulfillment and reliable hardware deployments.\nThe role also helps strengthen operational scalability by identifying process improvements and partnering with Procurement, Finance, Customer Support, and Implementation teams to resolve issues and meet business needs.\nKey Responsibilities\nWarehouse Operations\nSupervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and inventory movement.\nEnsure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and shipped within established service-level commitments.\nCoordinate workloads, staffing assignments, and daily priorities across the warehouse team.\nMonitor workflow efficiency and identify opportunities to improve warehouse operations.\nServe as the escalation point for warehouse issues, shipment exceptions, and fulfillment concerns.\nInventory Management\nOversee cycle-count programs and inventory reconciliation activities.\nInvestigate inventory discrepancies and implement appropriate corrective actions.\nEnsure proper bin management, stock rotation, and inventory organization.\nMaintain accurate inventory records within ERP and warehouse management systems.\nAssist with quarterly and annual physical inventory counts.\nLogistics and Fulfillment\nCoordinate domestic and international shipments.\nManage relationships with UPS, FedEx, freight providers, and other logistics partners.\nEnsure shipping documentation, customs paperwork, tracking information, and related records are accurate.\nSupport hardware deployment activities, tradeshow shipments, and customer-specific fulfillment requirements.\nTeam Leadership\nLead, coach, train, and develop warehouse employees.\nProvide training on warehouse procedures, safety requirements, and inventory controls.\nMonitor productivity, quality, and adherence to established processes.\nParticipate in hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee development activities.\nFoster a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.\nCompliance and Safety\nEnsure adherence to company policies, inventory controls, and operational procedures.\nMaintain OSHA and workplace safety standards.\nConduct regular safety inspections and corrective-action reviews.\nSupport audit readiness through accurate documentation and effective inventory controls.\nCross-Functional Partnership\nPartner with Finance on inventory reconciliations and variance resolution.\nCollaborate with Procurement on inventory replenishment and vendor deliveries.\nCoordinate with Customer Support and Implementation teams regarding deployment schedules.\nParticipate in process-improvement projects that support operational scalability.\n\nQualifications\nRequired\nHigh school diploma or GED.\nFour to six years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or distribution.\nAt least two years of supervisory or team-lead experience.\nExperience working with ERP or warehouse management systems.\nStrong inventory-control and cycle-count experience.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.\nPreferred\nAssociate’s or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.\nExperience supporting hardware or technology products.\nExperience using NetSuite.\nForklift certification.\nInternational logistics experience.\nRequired Skills & Competencies\nWarehouse
