The primary responsibilities of your role will be to:\nAct as the hands-on technical lead for a growing IT team in a 100% cloud-based organization.\nPerform major system migrations and consolidations internally and in coordination with external partners, including M365 and Google Workspace migrations.\nClosely support the front-line (L1/L2) support team, occasionally providing direct end-user support in times of coverage or when escalation is needed.\nSuccess in this role will provide immediate opportunities to grow and expand administrative and support responsibilities into two key areas:\nOur AdOps, Media, and Analytics platforms adjacent to core IT services.\nOur AI application stack (Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise, etc.)\n\nManage and administer day-to-day IT systems and cloud apps, including (examples in parentheses):\nM365, Google Workspace, and other common business and collaboration tools (Adobe, DocuSign, ClickUp, etc.)\nIdentity management (Azure, Google Cloud Identity)\nDevice management (MDM, RMM, e.g., Intune, Iru)\nSecurity toolset for email, endpoint, cloud, browser, and awareness training (Abnormal, Crowdstrike, Push, Adaptive)\nCloud infrastructure such as email routing, domain names, and DNS (Cloudflare, GoDaddy)\nCore business applications (Hubspot, Salesforce, Netsuite), as needed.\nIT Service Management, ticketing platforms, asset management (Freshservice)\n\nExecute key IT and Cyber projects such as cloud tenant migrations, rebrands, and implementation of new cyber controls, using tools such as Movebot or AvePoint\nClosely support the Director, IT, and other leadership to:\nDevelop and maintain IT service- delivery standards, processes, and SOP’s\nBuild and maintain the IT Operations toolset for managing apps, devices, services, and tracking hardware and software assets (ITSM, MDM, etc.)\nManage IT and division vendor contracts, ensuring licenses and subscriptions are right-sized, and spend is in line with usage and budget.\nFacilitate change management through effective planning, communication, and project/task management.\nEnsure a high level of service quality and efficiency is consistently delivered throughout the organization.\nFurther establish the corporate IT platform as a scalable and agile function throughout the business.\nManage a diverse set of partners and internal stakeholders including the MSP.\nManage cyber risk and secure the organization by integrating effective cybersecurity controls into the delivery of IT services.\nDeliver various M&A and growth-related initiatives as needed.\n\nKey Functions\nSystems administration and engineering.\nService delivery, remote support, and incident escalation.\nCybersecurity controls and identity management.\nIT operations.\nProcess and change management.\nAsset management.\nProject and task management.\nWhat You Bring\nExcellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to ask the right questions to diagnose and resolve technical problems.\nA tactical mindset, i.e., plan, test, pilot, validate, deploy thought process ensuring quality results.\nFamiliarity with an outsourced IT operating model and/or MSPs.\nAn awareness of IT and cyber risk tolerances and how these align with and are supportive of broader business objectives.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nLeadership aspirations.\nHigh level of personal integrity and ethics, and ability to professionally handle confidential matters and show an appropriate level of judgment and maturity.\nA strong ability and willingness to adapt to and facilitate change with the organization.\nReporting To You\nCurrently, this role does not have any direct reports, but it will have the opportunity to influence and help determine a future staffing and operating model for IT - this is expected to include supporting the Director, IT in building out an internal team in line with Agital’s growth strategy. Within the team, this role has the greatest potential to line manage additional technical roles as they are added.\nWhat You'll Need\nBS/BA in IT, Information Systems, or related field.\n5+ years previous work experience in IT administration or end-user support.\nExtensive experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace including hands-on configuration and administration of these platforms.\nThis must include the use of either Microsoft 365 PowerShell Modules or GAM.\n\nExtensive experience managing or supporting cloud/SaaS apps for employee productivity, collaboration, and work management (examples Adobe, Atlassian tools, Clickup, Monday.com, Slack, Zoom).\nDetailed understanding and experience implementing technical controls for hardware, cloud services, email, and identity management services (examples Azure/Entra ID, SSO, SCIM, Google Identity, SSO, SCIM) \nWorking knowledge of IT service management concepts and frameworks such as ITIL.\nWorking knowledge of cybersecurity detective and preventative controls for information and data protection.\nConceptual knowledge of privacy and compliance rules and regulations.\nCertifications including Microsoft, Azure, Google, ITIL, CompTIA preferred.\nWhy Join Us\nYou'll work alongside talented people who are passionate about solving problems, helping clients grow, and delivering meaningful results.
