Responsibilities : \n\nTechnical Delivery & Project Management : \n\n- End-to-End Delivery : Own the delivery of software projects from conception to deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards (SLA/KPIs).\n\n- Agile Leadership : Champion Agile/Scrum methodologies; facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure team velocity and efficiency.\n\n- Architecture & Quality : Collaborate with Architects to make high-level design choices and technical standards, oversee code reviews, CI/CD pipeline implementation, and technical debt management.\n\n- Risk Management : Proactively identify technical risks and project bottlenecks, creating mitigation plans to avoid client escalations.\n\nClient & Stakeholder Management : \n\n- Client Partnership : Act as the primary technical point of contact for global clients (US) and translate business requirements into technical specifications.\n\n- Reporting : Provide crisp status reports, metrics (velocity, defect density, etc.), and financial health updates (billing/utilization) to senior management and clients.\n\n- Growth : Identify opportunities for account mining and technical value additions to expand the scope of work.\n\nPeople & Team Management : \n\n- Talent Development : Manage a team of 10 - 20 engineers (Developers, QAs, Leads) and conduct performance appraisals, 1 : 1s, and career pathing.\n\n- Hiring & Retention : Assist in recruitment efforts for the team and implement strategies to retain top talent.\n\n- Mentorship : Foster a culture of continuous learning, guiding the team on new technologies and best practices.\n\nRequirements : \n\nRequired Qualifications : \n\n- Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.\n\n- Experience : 10 to 15 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a dedicated technical project lead / management role for an IT services company.\n\n- Proven track record of managing and delivering projects for US/North American clients.\n\n- Experience managing projects that involve AI/ML, Data Engineering, Cloud-native applications, Workflow automation, or Digital Transformation.\n\n- Technical Skills : Any programming and database skills is must, preferably hands-on.\n\n- Familiarity with modern software development life cycles (SDLC) and DevOps practices.\n\n- In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.\n\n- PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is must.\n\nPreferred Qualifications (Nice To Have) : \n\n- Experience in a scaling, AI-first or product engineering focused company.\n\n- Advanced certifications (e.g., SAFe Agilist, AWS/Azure/GCP Project Management or Technical
