Financial Oversight & Reporting\nOversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.\nEnsure timely and accurate submission of consolidation packs and financial reports.\nReview and validate reports such as P&L variance, AR, NWC, and activity reports. 2. Budgeting & Forecasting\nLead the budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads.\nMonitor budget performance and provide variance analysis. 3. Internal Controls & Compliance\nDevelop and enforce internal financial controls and procedures.\nEnsure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.\nSupport internal and external audits. 4. Cash Flow & Treasury Management\nMonitor cash flow, manage disbursements, and optimize working capital.\nOversee bank reconciliations and treasury operations. 5. Systems & Process Improvement\nAct as a super user for financial systems (e.g., IRIS, GESIM).\nDrive automation and efficiency in financial processes. 6. Team Leadership & Development\nSupervise and mentor the finance team, including Chief and Senior Accountants.\nFoster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement. 7.
