We are doing big things.Come join us!\n What you will do:\nAs a Mobile Software Developer, you’ll be an essential part of our International IT team. You’ll contribute to the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions, primarily within the Nexus platform. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business stakeholders, and senior developers, to deliver scalable, maintainable, and robust applications.\nDesign, build, and maintain the company's mobile application across the supported platforms (iOS, Android, or both)\nWrite clean, efficient, well-documented code following best practices and coding standards\nTranslate designs, wireframes, and product requirements into functional features\nImplement and consume APIs to connect the app with backend services and third-party integrations\nFix bugs, resolve crashes, and address performance and stability issues\nMonitor app performance and optimize speed, responsiveness, memory use, and battery consumption\nWrite and run unit and integration tests to ensure reliability\nKeep the app current with new OS versions, device types, and platform requirements\nManage the build, release, and deployment process to the App Store and Google Play\nEnsure compliance with App Store and Google Play submission guidelines and policies\nHandle versioning, rollouts, and post-release monitoring\nWork with product, design, QA, and backend teams to define and ship features\nParticipate in code reviews, planning, and technical discussions\nDocument technical decisions, architecture, and processes for the team\nImplement secure coding practices and protect user data\nEnsure the app meets relevant privacy and data-protection requirements\nStay current on mobile development trends, tools, and frameworks\nRecommend improvements to the app's architecture, codebase, and user experience\nHow you will make an impact:\nStrong organizational skills and attention to process management.\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.\nStrong problem solving ability.\nHow you will grab our attention:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience from coding bootcamps or certifications).\n1-2 years of software development experience.\n1-2 years of experience working with mobile platforms.\nIf you think you’d make a great match for this position but don’t meet all the requirements, we would still encourage you to apply! \nWhat eXp provides:\nFully remote environment\nCompany provided equipment\nMonthly Technology Stipend\nEEO Statement:\nWe believe strongly in the value of diversity and creating supportive, inclusive environments where our colleagues can succeed.
