• The Network Operations Center is known as NOC in Agoda, and we’re the caretakers of all technology products within the company. From applications to infrastructure, our duty is to guarantee the experience of Agoda’s customers and partners is always optimal and trouble- free. Our department never sleeps, working 24/7 to keep Agoda products functional and usable. The NOC team is an invaluable support to the company, ensuring travelers are allowed the full Agoda experience. Beyond maximizing uptime, we initiate forward-thinking experiments that mature NOC into a modern, state-of-the-art operation-actively integrating AI-driven workloads and automated tools to continuously elevate incident management and operational excellence. The Opportunity:

• As a Tech Operation Manager, you will be responsible for managing a world-class team of Engineers that can provide an elevated level of support to cross-functional teams. We are looking for an active, high-ownership leader who brings exceptional clarity and structure to complex operational environments. You are someone who consistently steps in to unblock issues, make tough decisions, and drive critical projects from strategy through to execution. Highly approachable and collaborative, you align cross-functional stakeholders effortlessly and champion win-win outcomes for both business performance and team growth.
• This position is based in Bangkok, Thailand.

What You’ll Do:

• Play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day activities of our operations, ensuring efficiency, reliability, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Guide, lead, and strategically plan critical operational projects, taking end-to-end accountability for overall execution and measurable outcomes.
• Bring structure and clarity to complex, fast-moving technical environments, prioritizing work effectively and removing operational roadblocks for the team.
• Extract and explore data to identify opportunities; analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and present statistically strong analysis to a wide range of business stakeholders to drive performance, eliminate friction points
• Drive AI-driven workload strategies, identifying opportunities to automate routine operations, optimize workflows, and modernize NOC capability.
• Coach and develop engineers, looks for opportunities to improve both technical and people through highly effective 1-1s and growth plans

Required Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in tech operation management, of which 2+ years experience in a travel industry
• Very good understanding of production IT Environments, Operations and Incidents
• Growth mindset, data-driven decision-making and excited to work on a variety of functional areas
• Strong skills in presenting and analyzing data and creating actionable reports (ability to write in SQL)
• Adaptable, results-oriented and a great team-player with minimal supervision
• Proactive, high-ownership mindset with a demonstrated history of stepping up to make tough calls and unblock complex challenges
• Entrepreneurial and not afraid to be hands-on on the work
• Highly structured approach to project execution, maintaining clarity amidst shifting priorities in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English) with ability to influence and work well across multiple stakeholders
