Get to Know Our Team

Within Agoda’s Technology Department, the Tech Recruitment team owns the recruitment efforts for roles across Technology. We partner closely with Tech stakeholders to deliver against recruitment service-level agreements, business priorities, and key performance indicators.

The Opportunity

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will contribute to Agoda’s success by developing and implementing recruitment strategies that identify high-quality and diverse candidates.

You will focus on active candidate generation for positions across Agoda’s Technology Department, both locally and globally. Acting as a recruitment subject matter expert and talent advisor, you will partner with Tech stakeholders to understand hiring needs, shape recruitment strategies, and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.

In This Role, You’ll Get to

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for Technology roles.
• Apply your knowledge and experience to recruit high-quality technical talent.
• Screen candidates by assessing technical capabilities, motivation, communication style, and overall fit.
• Build strong partnerships with Hiring Managers, senior leaders, Tech Sourcers, Recruitment Coordinators, and other stakeholders.
• Align recruitment targets and priorities closely with the Tech Sourcer, while actively contributing to sourcing efforts.
• Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies for challenging and specialized roles.
• Brainstorm with the recruitment team and Hiring Managers to improve hiring approaches and candidate pipelines.
• Operate effectively in an ambiguous and unstructured environment, making sound decisions at speed despite incomplete information.
• Work independently and autonomously while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Use data and market insights to inform recruitment strategies and influence stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor to Technology leaders and Hiring Managers.
• Contribute to an inclusive and diverse recruitment process and candidate experience.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• At least 7 years of corporate or in-house, end-to-end technical recruitment experience.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership, Hiring Managers, and Technology stakeholders to deliver recruitment objectives.
• Proven experience recruiting technical talent for Software Engineering and leadership roles, including Full Stack Engineering, Back-End Engineering, and Data Engineering.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System to source, monitor, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Expertise in Boolean search and sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, Facebook, X/Twitter, and other recruitment tools.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• A bachelor’s degree or at least four years of professional recruitment experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and consulting skills.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into practical recruitment actions.
• The ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

It’s Great If You Have

• Experience using Greenhouse.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Recruitment experience within a Product, E-commerce, Online Travel Agency, or Internet company.
• Experience recruiting in a global or multicultural environment.
• Experience working with data, dashboards, or recruitment analytics.
• Exposure to recruitment experimentation or talent-market research.
