We operate in short feedback loops, support one another without ego, and are deeply motivated by the opportunity to build foundational infrastructure for the future of money.\nJOB SUMMARY\nReporting to the Director of Finance, you will lead financial planning, forecasting, strategic analysis, and management reporting activities. This role will provide forward-looking financial insights, support enterprise-wide planning and capital management activities, and partner with business leaders to drive informed decision-making.\nWe are looking for someone with a high bar for excellence, strong financial and analytical capabilities, and a willingness to challenge assumptions. This is a highly visible, hands-on role with direct exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to help shape the financial strategy of a rapidly growing financial technology company.\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild and maintain consolidated financial models for the Company and its subsidiaries, including detailed forecasts for key business lines and legal entities.\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, and long term planning processes across the organization.\nLead quarterly re-forecast cycles and monthly management reporting across the organization.\nAnalyze financial and operational performance, identify key trends and variances, and provide actionable recommendations to management.\nConduct scenario and sensitivity analyses around key business drivers, including stablecoin circulation growth, reserve yields, and interest rate environments.\nDevelop financial analyses to support new products, partnerships, strategic initiatives, and expansion opportunities.\nPrepare monthly financial packages, KPI dashboards, and ad hoc analyses for senior leadership.\nPartner cross-functionally with Accounting, Risk and Operations teams to monitor and forecast regulatory capital ratios, liquidity positions, and other key financial metrics for regulated entities.\nHelp establish scalable FP&A processes, controls, and reporting frameworks to support the company's continued growth.\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.\n5 - 7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Consulting, or related fields, preferably within financial services, fintech, banking, or digital assets.\nStrong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to build complex operating, capital, and scenario models from scratch.\nExperience within cryptocurrency, stablecoins, payments, banking, or regulated financial services\nExperience developing forecasts, budgets, business cases, and executive-level financial presentations.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial and business issues into actionable recommendations. \nAgora operates a centralized USD-pegged stablecoin platform with robust compliance, security, and governance.
