# Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Technician who can maintain, service, troubleshoot, and repair a diverse fleet of construction equipment, vehicles, and machinery. This position is ideal for a hands-on technical professional who enjoys problem solving, mechanical diagnostics, travel, and working in dynamic site environments. Duties & Responsibilities Perform preventative and reactive maintenance Diagnose and repair diesel-powered equipment Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems Service telehandlers, bobcats, scissor lifts, trucks, and construction machinery Rebuild equipment when required Maintain maintenance records and service schedules Travel to project sites nationally to support operations Ensure maximum equipment uptime and reliability Desired Experience & Qualification 5+ years' experience in equipment maintenance Strong diesel mechanical knowledge Working knowledge of hydraulics Electrical and electronic fault-finding experience Valid South African Driver's Licence
