Agrim is a powerhouse in the INR 420,000 Crore Agri-Input industry, set to reach INR 660,000 Crore by 2030.\nSince our inception in 2020, we've grown 1300% in scale, emerging as an Agri-Input leader with an ARR of INR 500 Cr. and a strong team of almost 300 rock stars.\nKey Role Areas\nTo work with Head of Operations on top strategic initiatives with high impact on company’s profitability and operational efficiency.\nLead strategic initiatives improving overall supply chain efficiency with focus on delivery cost and TAT.\nIdentify key data metrics to track and work closely with data team on execution.\nExtensive coordination with internal as well as external stakeholders to fast pace projects.\nEngage with existing operations team to map out key process improvements required; build SOPs, execute and monitor closely till process is stabilized.\nIdentify product initiatives needed to drive strategic initiatives; jot down detailed BRDs and work closely with product team to get the products executed.\nOnboard new logistics partners across part truck and full truck load network as per organization’s supply chain needs.\nBe the face from Agrim for external logistics partners and work towards building strong business partnerships.\nBenchmark current logistics cost against the market standards;
