Roles & Responsibilities -

1. Improve SLA by tracking and follow-ups.

2. Escalation management

3. Improve NDR adherence and reduce returns.

4. Improve delivery TAT of Last-mile shipments and ensure minimum cooling time in

the chain.

Requirements

1. Comfortable in using excel - Intermediate level

2. Willingness to learn

3. Knowledge of Supply chain and Logistics (Preferable)

4. Comfortable in calling
