This role partners closely with Procurement, IT, Data & Analytics, Finance, and key business stakeholders to modernize sourcing, supplier management, contract lifecycle management, and source-to-pay processes.\nThe role will be a key part of defining and executing the digital procurement roadmap, drive adoption of AI-enabled tools, and ensure measurable value creation through improved efficiency, cost optimization, and risk management.\nA structured work environment:\nRecognition of years of service for vacation accrual;\n\nFlexible group insurance plan, including telemedicine services;\n\nEmployee Assistance Program;\n\nOpportunity to invest in your development (career development, etc.);\n\nAnnual bonus;\n\nRetirement plan with employer contributions;\n\nSalary scale 007: $124 200 to $155 300 (Base salary will be determined based on academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the position.)\n\nYour day-to-day responsibilities:\nDigital Procurement Strategy & Leadership\nContribute to the development, and lead the digital procurement and AI enablement strategy, as part of our overall procurement strategy, aligned with enterprise digital and source-to-pay transformation goals\no Develop and own a multi-year roadmap for procurement platforms, automation, and AI use cases\no Act as a thought leader on emerging procurement technologies, AI/ML applications, and best practices\nProcurement Technology & Platforms\nDrive the business vision for core procurement systems (e.g., ERP, sourcing, CLM, supplier risk, P2P)\nLead selection, implementation, and optimization of digital procurement tools\nValue Realization & Performance Management\nEstablish KPIs and value-tracking mechanisms for digital and AI initiatives\nQuantify and communicate benefits related to cost savings, productivity, cycle time reduction, and risk mitigation\nContinuously improve solutions based on performance data and user feedback\nChange Management & Adoption\nLead change management, training, and adoption strategies across global procurement teams\nBuild digital and AI fluency within procurement through education and capability development\nServe as a trusted advisor to senior procurement and business leaders\nGovernance & Cross-Functional Collaboration\nEstablish governance for digital procurement tools, data usage, and AI lifecycle management\nCollaborate with suppliers and external partners on digital innovation initiatives\nThe level of rigor expected:\nExperience with COUPA is required and considered a non-negotiable qualification for this role.\nBachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field\n\n8+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, digital transformation, or analytics\n\n5+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide digital or technology initiatives\n\nStrong understanding of procurement processes (sourcing, supplier management, contracts, P2P)\n\nExperience with AI / machine learning or automation applied to procurement or the supply chain\n\nExperience implementing or managing procurement technologies and platforms\n\nDemonstrated success in change management and driving adoption within complex organizations\n\nExcellent analytical skills with a strong data-driven mindset\n\nKnowledge of tools such as SAP, Coupa, or similar platforms\n\nExperience in a manufacturing environment\n\nBilingualism - French and English\n\nExperience working in a global organizational environment\n\nA role for those who take their work seriously and deliver consistently.\n#LI-PB1\n#SALARIE\nAgropur welcomes people from all backgrounds and origins.
