What matters is real impact, not the volume of activity.\nAn environment that allows you to focus on what truly matters:\nStarting Rate: $28.70/hour\n$1.50hr shift differential for night shift\nTwo pay increases in the first year up to $1.00\nMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short and Long-term Disability Insurance \n401(k) with up to a 7% company match \n3 Weeks PTO\nPaid holidays and 2 floating holidays\nAdvancement Opportunities\nTuition Reimbursement\nHealthy work/life balance\nShift time- 2/2/3 5:30 to 5:30 1 month of days and 1 month of nights\nYour role in achieving results:\nPerform daily operations and cleaning of equipment associated with the dryer operation.\nComplete all documentation in an accurate and timely manner.\nFollow all GMP, SOP and HACCP programs.\nMonitor processes, materials, or surroundings and review information by telephone, in written form or in person.\nIdentify information by categorizing, estimating, and recognizing changes or deviations in circumstances and or/events.\nPerform operator level maintenance when needed.\nUnderstand and comply with all Quality Assurance policies, and immediately report any potential food safety issues to management.\nOperate and monitor packaging and casing.\nSafe operation and sanitation of equipment.\nMonitor the complete process for safety, efficiency, and quality.\nSustain and support automated systems.\nClean and sanitize all parts of packaging department including walls, floors, and equipment.\nAssist other coworkers with tasks and duties within the department.\nAdhere to quality system requirements.\nFollow procedures and work instructions set forth through SOP’s and Master Sanitation Schedules.\nMonitor dryer operation.\nWork closely with Production management on product formulas and operating parameters.\nOperate dryer and complete the Master Sanitation Schedule.\nResponsible for keeping dryer clean from top to bottom.\nMonitor Moisture, pH, bulk density, scorch and cleanliness of powder.\nAssign employee tasks during operations.\nRecord readings.\nPackage powder.\nCIP tanks, lines, Dryer system, High-Pressure Pump and Tankers.\nSafely and efficiently unload incoming tankers.\nComplete verifications of material being used.\nPerform minor repairs on equipment as needed.\nOther Duties and Responsibilities:\nAssist with training of lower level operators.\nUnderstand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.\nSafety ProtocolStop any observed unsafe acts and obey facility safety rules and procedures.\nCorrect or report any observed safety hazards.\nSupport safety policies and programs.\n\nThis list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.\nWhat we are looking for to deliver these results:\nEducation Required:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred.\nExperience Required:\nMinimum four (4) years of experience in a related field required.\nSkills Required:\nCommunicate well both verbally and in writing with managers and colleagues.\nAbility to read, understand, and adhere to documents and procedures (GLP, SOP, SDS, GMP, test procedures, and HACCP).\nDemonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work.\nBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).\nBasic computer operational skills; able to input and retrieve computerized information.\nAbility to follow written, verbal and diagrammatic instructions; complete simple checklists and complete required documentation.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.\nDemonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.\nDecisions administered soundly and consistently with policies and in compliance with appropriate laws and regulations. \nDemonstrate functional and technical knowledge, ability to learn new skills quickly, and achieve a high level of accomplishment.\nAbility to solve problems by adapting knowledge and experience.\nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment.\nExhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and work to maintain constructive working relationships.\nA role for those who want to contribute to measurable and sustainable results.\nEqual Opportunity Employer, including Protected Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities.\nAgropur welcomes people from all backgrounds and origins.
