The incumbent is a recognized leader in their field and provides ongoing support in labour relations, organizational design, training, competency development, organizational development, succession planning and critical roles management, workforce planning, as well as employee engagement.\nThe Human Capital Operations Manager also acts as a coach and strategic partner to the leadership teams and Human Capital Business Partners for the sites under their responsibility.\nAn environment that empowers you to take action:\nRecognition of years of service for vacation calculation;\nFlexible group insurance plan including telemedicine services;\nEmployee assistance program;\nAnnual bonus\nOpportunities to invest in yourself (career development, etc.);\nPension plan with company contributions;\nSalary scale 006: $ : 100 900 to $126 100 (Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the position.)\nWhat you’ll be responsible for each day:\nAct as a key member of the site leadership teams and influence decisions related to human capital.\nSupervise, support, and develop the Human Capital Business Partner under your responsibility, while also serving as a coach to the broader Human Capital team.\nImplement the Human Capital strategic action plan across the sites you support.\nParticipate in large-scale projects that impact employees and ensure effective change management.\nProvide leadership in labour relations, including the interpretation of collective agreements, policies, applicable laws, and regulations.\nCollaborate with Human Capital Centres of Expertise, including Labour Relations, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Health and Wellness, Organizational Development, and Talent Management.\nContribute to organizational development, performance management, succession planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nPromote a positive health and safety culture and support the management of return-to-work cases.\nThe individual who will own this role:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or another related field.\nEight to ten years of experience as an HR generalist, ideally in a unionized, multi-site manufacturing environment.\nStrong knowledge of employment and labour laws and regulations.\nDemonstrated ability to act as a strategic partner, coach, and change agent to leadership teams.\nProficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.\nBilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written.\nProfessional certification in Human Resources or Industrial Relations is considered an asset.\nAn environment that values engagement and encourages everyone to take initiative.\nAgropur welcomes people from all backgrounds and origins.
