Performance is measured by impact and value created-not by the number of actions taken.\nThe Integrated Brand Experience Manager is responsible for bringing Natrel brand strategies to life through the execution of integrated consumer marketing initiatives across owned, earned and paid touchpoints. Supporting the Senior Brand Manager, this role leads the development and execution of brand experiences that strengthen brand equity, drive consumer engagement and ensure consistent delivery of the brand strategy in market.\nThe role also serves as the brand owner for regional brands, responsible for brand positioning, annual brand plans, performance monitoring and activation programs aligned with portfolio objectives.\nAn environment that enables you to focus on what truly matters:\nRecognition of years of service for vacation calculation;\nFlexible group insurance plan including telemedicine services;\nEmployee assistance program;\nOpportunities to invest in yourself (career development, etc.);\nAnnual bonus;\nPension plan with company contributions;\n Salary scale 005: $84 600 to $105 800 ( Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the position.)\nYour role in achieving results:\nLead the execution of Natrel’s brand strategies and integrated marketing campaigns.\nDevelop and roll out 360° initiatives across digital channels, social media, influencer marketing, and partnerships.\nManage the brand’s digital ecosystem, including content, social media platforms, and website.\nIdentify new opportunities to increase consumer engagement and strengthen brand visibility.\nAnalyze campaign performance and turn insights into actionable recommendations.\nLead cross-functional projects and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Insights, and Digital teams.\nEnsure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.\nManage relationships with agency partners, as well as marketing budgets and project timelines.\nWhat we are looking for to deliver these results:\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field\n5+ years of experience in brand, integrated, or consumer marketing\nExperience in CPG, food, or beverage industries is a strong asset\nProven expertise in integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels\nExperience managing agencies, external partners, and marketing budgets\nStrong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills\nData-driven mindset with the ability to translate brand strategy into execution\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools\nAssets\nGraduate degree in Marketing, Brand Management, or a related field\nExperience with regional, local, or emerging brands\nExperience developing brand strategies for consumer products\nA role for those who want to make a real impact and contribute to measurable and sustainable results.\n\nAgropur welcomes people from all backgrounds and origins.
