Being part of the team means committing to an environment where everyone’s impact truly matters.\nWe believe that teamwork-collaborating and sharing perspectives-is essential to achieving the best results.\nAn environment where collaboration is encouraged and valued:\nStarting Wage $18.66/HR\n\nTwo pay increases within a year, up to $1.00\n\n7 AM - 3:30 PM | Monday - Friday\n\nBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short and Long-term Disability Insurance\n\n401(k) with up to 7% company contributions\n\nPTO starting Day 1\n\nPaid holidays and 2 floating holidays\n\nAdvancement Opportunities\n\nTuition Reimbursement Program\n\nEmployee Discounts\n\nUniform Program + Shoe Allowance\n\nYour key responsibilities:\nPerform daily cleaning tasks per the Master Sanitation and Deep Cleaning Schedules.\n\nPerform work safely and efficiently in all areas of the plant including break rooms, locker rooms, offices, and corridors.\n\nEnsure work area and janitorial supplies are properly organized and maintained.\n\nUnderstand and comply with all Quality Assurance policies, immediately reporting any potential food safety issues to management.\n\nComplete necessary paperwork to ensure all documentation requirements are met.\n\nAssist in executing pest control program and monitoring facility.\n\nComplete non-routine cleaning/sanitation tasks as assigned.\n\nAssist in the training/mentoring of newly hired janitorial team members.\n\nAssist in snow removal and management during winter months.\n\nAdhere to chemical safety protocols and site PPE requirements.\n\nSafety Protocol\n\nStop any observed unsafe acts and obey facility safety rules and procedures.\n\nCorrect or report any observed safety hazards.\n\nSupport safety policies and programs.\n\nThis list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.\nThe individual who will own this role:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred.\n\nNo experience required; in-housing training provided.\n\nCommunicate effectively both verbally and in writing with colleagues.\n\nDemonstrate attention to detail, quality and cleanliness in work.\n\nDedication to meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; acts with customers in mind.\n\nDecisions administered soundly and consistently with policies and in compliance with appropriate laws and regulations.\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.\n\nDemonstrate functional and technical knowledge, ability to learn new skills quickly, and achieve a high level of accomplishment.\n\nAbility to work with minimum supervision, adapt to a changing environment quickly, and think independently.\n\nBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, percentages, decimals).\n\nBasic computer operational skills; able to input and retrieve computerized information.\n\nFollow written, verbal and/or diagrammatic instructions; solve practical problems; interpret verbal and written instructions; logical thinking to solve problems including abstract and concrete variables; address practical problems, and comprehend most complex concepts.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment.\n\nExhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and work to maintain constructive working relationships.\n\nA role for those who know that the best results are built through teamwork.\nAgropur welcomes people from all backgrounds and origins.
